Book Game: Snakes and Ladders

The classic game of Snakes and Ladders, now in book form. It is a simple game that is quick to learn, and unlike the original this version features automatic snakes. It works with the included marbles or any standard-sized marbles.

Disguised as a book

This design blends in on your bookshelf or table. When you are ready to play, turn the page, open the book, and you are playing Snakes and Ladders.

How to set up

Open the book and stand it up on end, and the platforms automatically drop into place.

Easy storage

It looks like a book when not in use. Put the dice in the storage compartment, drop the marbles into the snakes, shut the book, and the platforms automatically close.

How to play

Players each roll dice once, and the highest goes first. Roll one die per turn and move forward. Land on the bottom of a ladder to climb up, or on a snake's head to fall down. Bumps: land on someone else's space to bump them one space forward. Roll a 1 to move yourself or another player one space forward. Roll a 4 to move yourself forward or backward four spaces. First to the Star by exact count wins.
