CactiKeys - Blooming Cactus Key Holder

A cactus that blooms when it holds your keys. Designed after the Ball Cactus, famous for its large top flower.

How to use

The planter slots into a wall mount, and a hook or magnet holds your keys. When you hang your keys, the weight raises the flower inside the cactus, causing it to bloom.

How it works

An internal gear mechanism translates the downward motion of your keys into an upward motion that lifts the flower. As it rises past the top of the cactus, the petals fold open and bloom.
