Bonsai 365 Calendar - Japanese Maple Daily Tree

A bonsai tree calendar that grows through the month. It is modeled after a Japanese Maple, known for its uniquely shaped red leaves. Bonsai trees represent the passage of time, which makes them a perfect calendar metaphor.

On the 1st of the month you start with a bare tree. Each day the tree gets a new leaf, so you can watch your month bloom.

How to use

Start the month with all leaves removed. On day 1, place leaf 1 in front of the rock in the pot. On day 2, swap leaf 1 with leaf 2 and place it on the tree. Repeat each day to track the date and watch your tree bloom. At month's end, swap the month card inside the rock.

How it works

Push the drawer out to one side to access your month card and leaf. Built-in lifters help you grab leaves out of the drawer.
